Dave Schneider - Senior Pastor
 
 

   Dave Schneider grew up in Dallas and is a graduate of Wheaton College and Dallas Theological Seminary.  He has been the Sr. Pastor of Conroe Bible Church since 1995 and his first position on the CBC staff was Youth Pastor in 1987.  Dave is married to Gwen and has four children ages 9 to 15. He enjoys seeing people come to know Christ and experience His riches in grace.  Dave enjoys the mountains of Colorado whenever he and his family can get up there.   

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Mary Craig - Children's Coordinator
 
 
Mary Craig entered into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ when she was sixteen years old through the ministry of Young Life. She graduated from college with an Elementary Education degree and taught first grade in public and private Christian schools for several years. She learned the joy of using God’s Word to lead children to Jesus as their Savior in a classroom setting and her ministry had begun!  Mary has been the Children’s Coordinator at Conroe Bible Church for nine years. She has been married for 26 years to her husband Ken. They have four children ranging in age from 11 to 21. When not ministering at the church, she home schools her children.  
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Michael Benefield -Pastor of Adult Discipleship
 

Michael came on staff at CBC in May of 2006. In 2003, Michael began work on a Masters degree in Biblical Studies through Dallas Theological Seminary.  Before that he graduated from Texas A&M University.  Michael has worked in 4-H and youth development, and then moved to North Texas where he taught in the Equine Science program at North Central Texas College. It is during this time that his love for teaching about horses was transformed into a love for teaching the Bible, largely through the influence of Denton Bible Church where Michael was attending during these years. 

 
 
 
 
Ben Davis - Worship Pastor
 

Ben Davis came onto staff in the fall of 2007. He is a graduate of Wheaton College with a degree in Christian Education. Ben was married in 2001 to his wife Melissa and has two young children, Caleb and Allie. He has been in various ministry positions in several churches for the past 8 years. His heart for worship and missions, has led him in ministry all over the world working with several missions organizations. His passion for leading others into the presence of the Lord is what brought him here.  He would say a perfect day would begin with fly-fishing in Colorado and end spending time with his family making music (or beautiful noise) with his children.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Judy Becker - Assistant to Sr. Pastor


 
Judy Becker has been an active member at Conroe Bible Church for 13 years. She and her two teenage children, Danny and Jackie, have faithfully attended and served our church in various ways throughout the years. Judy had been employed in Christian ministry for eight years before coming to serve as Assistant to the Senior Pastor in September 2007. Her office expertise has been a huge asset to the church staff.
